King fish - 500 grams
Besan flour - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Dhaniya powder / Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves few
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
First wash the fish in running water and drain the water.
Take a bowl add besan flour, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix it well with adding enough of water. Make it into bajji batter.
Heat the kadai with adding oil for deep fry.
Now take the batter and deep the fish into the batter; drop it to the oil and deep fry.
Take out the fried fish into the tissue paper and serve.
Now sprinkle the lemon juice on fried fish and eat.
