Recipe Brief Description : Here is healthy drink powder. Instead of using store brought powder for your kids, use this powder its very healthy for kids.
Almonds - 1 cup (Soak, peeled and dry roasted)
Red sugar - 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
Saffron - 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder, in a blender.
Blend until the powder is fine but do not run the blender for more than 30 secs each time, else the almonds will release oil making the powder lumpy.
Store in an air tight container. It stays good for several months.
