Recipe Brief Description : Its a mix combination of potato and beans. Adding potato to a vegetable side dish it gives more taste.
Green Beans – 2 cup (chopped into 1 inches)
Potato – 2 numbers (chopped into thin lengthwise)
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Green chilies - 2 number (Slit and fried)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin seeds and fry for few seconds.
Now, mix in beans, potato, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, hing, sugar, fresh cream and mix well. Now close the cooker and wait for 1 whistle.
Once pressure release, open the cooker and add rice flour 2 tbsp, cook for few minutes. keep stirring continuously till the curry becomes thick. (Rice flour gives thick consistency)
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
