Recipe Brief Description : Beans playa is very famous all over South India, Very easy to cook on celebrations too.
Beans – 250 grams
Onion – 1no.
Chilli – 2-3 nos.
Chana dal – 1tbp.
Urad dal – 1tbp.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Take the beans and wash, and chop the beans very finely.
Season with mustard, curry leaf to the cooking oil add chana dal, urad dal. Cut chillis into half long piece add to it with chopped onions and fry it well.
To the seasoning add the chopped beans and add enough of water and salt to taste; after all the water evaporates, take into a bowl.
At last, garnish with corianders leaf and grated coconut.
Very simple to cook and tasty too; serve with chapatti, roti or just eat with meal.
