Recipe Brief Description : Easy to cook and tasty bendekai palya / lady's finger side dish can eat with chapathi for lunch/dinner.
Bendekai / Lady's finger-250 grams.
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Dhania powder-1/4 tsp
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Firstly, Chop Bendekai / Lady's finger finely and fry with 2 tsp of oil until the sticky goes. keep a side.
In a pan, for seasoning add 4 tsp of oil, mustard, jerra, curry leaf, smash garlic finely, chopped onion, chopped tomato, a pinch of turmeric powder fry it finely.
Add the fried lady's finger into the seasoning and add chilli powder, dhania powder and (garam masala 1/4 tsp - optional) mix it well.
Salt to taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander leafs.
Bendekai Palya / Lady's finger side dish is ready to eat, serve with chapathi.
