Eggplant – 1 number
Chili powder – 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Wash and cut eggplant into round shape.
For marination add chili powder, turmeric, salt, rice flour mix well and apply this mixture to cut eggplants and keep aside.
Now, take a non stick pan add oil spread over all the pan, now add the coated brinjal and cook over a very slow flame both the sides.
Serve hot as side dish with boiled rice and sambar.
