Recipe Brief Description : A very famous food all over South India. A family’s everyday celebrations with a variety of deliciously tempting food.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Beans
  • Peas
  • Potato
  • Cauliflower (All mixed vegetables 150 grams)
  • Rice – 50 grams
  • Toor dal – 50 grams
  • MTR Bisibele Bath Masala – 2 tbsp.
  • Capsicum – 1 no.
  • Ghee – 3-4 tbsp.
  • Tamarind juice – 2-3 tbsp.

    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Preparation Method:

  • Cook all the above vegetables mentioned (150 grams) and keep aside.
  • Cook rice and toor dal (mix it) together in a pressure cooker.
  • To this add the cooked vegetables, 2 tbsp of MTR Bisibele Bath Masala, tamarind extract and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Season with mustard, cashew nuts, curry leaves, capsicum or onion using ghee.
    Garnish with Kara boondhi and serve hot.
