Recipe Name: Bisibele Bath
Recipe Main Ingredient: Vegetables, Toor dal, Rice.
Recipe Brief Description : A very famous food all over South India. A family’s everyday celebrations with a variety of deliciously tempting food.
Cauliflower (All mixed vegetables 150 grams)
Rice – 50 grams
Toor dal – 50 grams
MTR Bisibele Bath Masala – 2 tbsp.
Capsicum – 1 no.
Ghee – 3-4 tbsp.
Tamarind juice – 2-3 tbsp.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Cook all the above vegetables mentioned (150 grams) and keep aside.
Cook rice and toor dal (mix it) together in a pressure cooker.
To this add the cooked vegetables, 2 tbsp of MTR Bisibele Bath Masala, tamarind extract and salt to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Season with mustard, cashew nuts, curry leaves, capsicum or onion using ghee.
Garnish with Kara boondhi and serve hot.
