Recipe Brief Description : It is very simple to prepare, tasty and healthy too.
Curds - 2 cups
Ginger - 1 no. 1 inch (crushed)
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Curry leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 5-6 minutes
Pour the curds into the mixer jar and whip it.
Now take out the curds and add enough of water with ginger, coriander leaf, curry leaf and salt to taste.
Pour the mixed buttermilk into a glass.
Serve with ice cubes. (if required)
