  • Curds - 2 cups
  • Ginger - 1 no. 1 inch (crushed)
  • Coriander leaf (chopped)
  • Curry leaf (chopped)

    Cooking Time: 5-6 minutes

    Preparation Method:

  • Pour the curds into the mixer jar and whip it.
  • Now take out the curds and add enough of water with ginger, coriander leaf, curry leaf and salt to taste.
  • Pour the mixed buttermilk into a glass.
    Serve with ice cubes. (if required)
