Recipe Main Ingredient: Capsicum
Recipe Brief Description : Capsicum bajji made with capsicum, besan flour and deep-fried, dipped in a seasoned batter.
Capsicum – 4 number (chopped)
Besan flour – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Cooking soda – 1 pinch
Oil for deep fry
Water as required
Onion - 1 number (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 number (grated)
Coriander - 1/2 bunch (chopped)
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Mix in besan, red chili powder, salt, soda and add water to make batter as required.
Deep each capsicum into the besan batter.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry all the chilies which has dipped in batter and fry till golden brown.
Now, take out from the oil and cut into four pieces and garnish with onion, carrot, coriander leaves, garam masala and sprinkle till salt. Serve hot
