Recipe Brief Description : Very easy to cook and tasty, healthy side dish.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Carrot – 5-6 nos. (grated)
  • Dry red chilli – 2-3 nos.
  • Split urad dal – 1tbsp
  • Coriander leaf (chopped)

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat a pan/kadai for seasoning using oil, mustard, urad dal, curry leaf, dry red chilli fry well till light brown and add the carrot with salt to taste.
  • Finally, garinsh with coriander leaf.
    For the starters it is easy to cook. Serve with chapatti.
