Recipe Brief Description : Very easy to cook and tasty, healthy side dish.
Carrot – 5-6 nos. (grated)
Dry red chilli – 2-3 nos.
Split urad dal – 1tbsp
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Heat a pan/kadai for seasoning using oil, mustard, urad dal, curry leaf, dry red chilli fry well till light brown and add the carrot with salt to taste.
Finally, garinsh with coriander leaf.
For the starters it is easy to cook. Serve with chapatti.
