Chana dal – 1 cup
Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
Red Chili - 4 number
Garlic - 4-5 pods
Curry leaves - 3 number
Salt to taste
Tamarind - 1/4 lemon size
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
In a pan fry, chana dal, red chili, garlic and curry leaves. (fry each ingredients separately)
Pour the above ingredients in a jar along with coconut, tamarind and salt.
Add little water, grind into a fine paste.
