Chicken Chops

Recipe Brief Description : This is one of my own recipes can do with Mushrooms; here is a slight variety which I have cooked with Chicken.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken – 200 grams
  • Rice flour – 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 ½ tbsp
  • Garlic & ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cloves – 2-3 nos.
  • Cinnamon – 1 piece
  • Onion – 2 nos. (chopped slice)
  • Green chilli – 2 nos.
  • Mint leaf – ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaf – ¼ cup
  • Tomato – ½ piece
  • Pepper corn – ¼ tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder – ½ tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry

    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Clean and cut the chicken into cubes.
  • Take a large bowl add chicken, rice flour, corn flour, salt to taste, chilli powder, garlic & ginger paste mix it well. (can add egg optional) Soak it for an hour.
  • For grinding take a pan add oil – 2 tbsp, pepper corn, cloves, cinnamon, onion – 1 no., mint leaf, coriander leaf, tomato, ginger & garlic paste and dhaniya powder and fry well. Keep a side for cooling then grind it into a fine paste.
  • Take a deep kadai add oil heat it, once it is heat make the flame into low medium, then drop the soaked chicken into the oil, fry well till it is cooked. Keep a side.
  • Now in another pan add oil – 2 tbsp, onion, mint leaf and fry well; then add the grinded masala paste fry for few minutes. Then add the fried chicken mix well (do not add water). Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Finally, garnish with coriander leaf.
    Delicious spicy Chicken Chops is ready to eat. Serve hot.
