Recipe Ingredients

  • Oil – For deep fry.
  • Chicken – 500 grams.
  • Egg – 1 no.
  • Red chilli powder – 2-3 spoons.
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 3-4 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1 spoon
  • Salt – 1 spoon.
  • Egg – 1 no.
  • Pepper powder – 1 spoon.
  • Food color – 1 pinch red

    Cooking Time: 15 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Clean the Chicken pieces well and drain all the water thoroughly.
  • Add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well.
  • Soak it for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat oil in a Kadai/Pan fry the chicken and wait till it is done.
  • Take out the fried chicken and keep it aside in a plate.
  • Garnish it with little pepper powder and lemon juice.
  • Yummy and crispy kabab is ready to eat.
  • Serve hot.
