Recipe Brief Description : Tasty non-veg dish with spicy chillies and chicken.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken – 500 grams.
  • Chilli – 5-6.
  • Pepper powder – 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger – 1 inch.
  • Garlic – 5-6 cloves.
  • Turmeric – 1 tbsp.
  • Corriander Leaves – 1/2 cup.
  • Pudina/mint Leaves – 1/2 cup.
  • Cloves - 3-4 pieces
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch pieces
  • Onion – 1no.

    Cooking Time: 15 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Clean the Chicken pieces well and drain all the water thoroughly.
  • Add all the ingredients for grinding (chilli, ginger, garlic, corriander leaves, pudina leaves, cloves, cinnamon,turmeric)
  • Heat oil in a Kadai/Pan fry chopped onion,then chicken and wait till it is done.
  • Add the grinded masala to chicken, salt to taste and add enough of water.
  • Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes until chicken is well cooked.
  • Garnish it with little pepper powder and lemon juice.
  • Yummy delicious chilli chicken is ready to eat.
  • Serve hot with chappati or anything which u like.
