Recipe Name: Chilli Chicken
Recipe Main Ingredient: Chicken and Chillies
Recipe Brief Description : Tasty non-veg dish with spicy chillies and chicken.
Chicken – 500 grams.
Chilli – 5-6.
Pepper powder – 2 tbsp.
Ginger – 1 inch.
Garlic – 5-6 cloves.
Turmeric – 1 tbsp.
Corriander Leaves – 1/2 cup.
Pudina/mint Leaves – 1/2 cup.
Cloves - 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon - 1 inch pieces
Onion – 1no.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Clean the Chicken pieces well and drain all the water thoroughly.
Add all the ingredients for grinding (chilli, ginger, garlic, corriander leaves, pudina leaves, cloves, cinnamon,turmeric)
Heat oil in a Kadai/Pan fry chopped onion,then chicken and wait till it is done.
Add the grinded masala to chicken, salt to taste and add enough of water.
Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes until chicken is well cooked.
Garnish it with little pepper powder and lemon juice.
Yummy delicious chilli chicken is ready to eat.
Serve hot with chappati or anything which u like.
