Recipe Brief Description : Chutneypudi or chutney powder is really nice recipe and sometimes it acts as emergency sides for dosa, idly, chapathi served with ghee/oil.
Bengal gram - 1 cup.
Black gram - 1 cup.
Split pigeon peas - 1 cup.
Tamarind - 2 lemon size.
Dry coconut - 1 cup.
Curry leaves - 4 bunch.
Jaggery - 25 gms.
Salt - 50 gms.
Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Fry all the ingredients nicely except jaggery and dry coconut.
Now put that fried ingredients into mixer and blend nicely.
Atlast put dry coconut powder and jaggery into mixer.
Add salt and mix all the powder together.
The instant powder mix ready for your convenience.
You can store this powder in air tight container and have whenever you like.
