Recipe Brief Description : Very tasty recipe, and easy to cook for the starters.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
  • Chilli – 2-3 nos. (chopped)
  • Chana dal – 1tbsp.
  • Urad dal – 1tbsp.
  • Groundnuts – 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaf (chopped)

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat a pan/kadai for seasoning with oil add mustard, curry leaf, chilli, groundnuts, chana dal, urad dal fry well till golden brown.
  • To the above fry add cooked rice, coconut, lime juice and salt to taste mix it well.
  • Finally, garnish with coriander leaf.
    A Delicious coconut rice is ready to eat.
