Recipe Brief Description : Very tasty recipe, and easy to cook for the starters.
Cooked rice – 2 cups
Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
Chilli – 2-3 nos. (chopped)
Chana dal – 1tbsp.
Urad dal – 1tbsp.
Groundnuts – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Heat a pan/kadai for seasoning with oil add mustard, curry leaf, chilli, groundnuts, chana dal, urad dal fry well till golden brown.
To the above fry add cooked rice, coconut, lime juice and salt to taste mix it well.
Finally, garnish with coriander leaf.
A Delicious coconut rice is ready to eat.
