Recipe Name: Curry leaves chutney
Recipe Main Ingredient: Curry leaves, Chillies
Recipe Brief Description : This chutney is very good for hairs as we are using Curry leaves as main ingredient.
Curry leaves – 1 cup.
Chillies – 4-5.
Fried gram or pottu kadalai – 1 tbsp.
Ginger - 1 inch piece.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Grated fresh coconut – 1 cup
Tamarind - 1 inch piece.(optional)
Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
Water as required.
Salt – 1/2 tbspn
Cooking/Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Fry all the ingredients in a small pan( Fried gram,Curry leaves, Chillies)
Take away all the ingredients and put it in a mixer jar,along with grated coconut, ginger, garlic and salt..
Grind it coarsely by adding sufficient water.
After grinding everything put corriander leaves at last and grind one more time.
Place it in a bowl and serve it.
Healthy and tasty Curry leaves Chutney is ready to eat with Dosa or Idly.
