Curry leaves chutney

Recipe Brief Description : This chutney is very good for hairs as we are using Curry leaves as main ingredient.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Curry leaves – 1 cup.
  • Chillies – 4-5.
  • Fried gram or pottu kadalai – 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves.
  • Grated fresh coconut – 1 cup
  • Tamarind - 1 inch piece.(optional)
  • Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup.
  • Water as required.
  • Salt – 1/2 tbspn

    Cooking/Preparation Time: 5 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Fry all the ingredients in a small pan( Fried gram,Curry leaves, Chillies)
  • Take away all the ingredients and put it in a mixer jar,along with grated coconut, ginger, garlic and salt..
  • Grind it coarsely by adding sufficient water.
  • After grinding everything put corriander leaves at last and grind one more time.
  • Place it in a bowl and serve it.
  • Healthy and tasty Curry leaves Chutney is ready to eat with Dosa or Idly.
