Recipe Brief Description : It’s a kind of pizza which is been prepared by using dosa, vegetables and cheese.
Mixed vegetables – 1/2 cup (for topping)
Basmati rice – 1 cup
Black gram – 3 cup
Capsicum – 1 cup (chopped)
Mozzarella cheese - 1 slice
Onion - 1 number (chopped)
Origamo seasoning - as per taste (optional)
Pizza sauce - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Soak rice and black gram for 5-6 hours and blend it with mixer and add salt. Keep a side for an hour.
Heat a tawa and make dosa of medium and thick size and roast both the sides.
Lower the flame and add pizza sauce and chopped vegetables, onion and cheese on top, after the cheese melt garnish with origamo (for taste) and serve hot.
