Recipe Brief Description : Mouth watering spicy and tasty dish served with rice or chapathi.
Potato – 1 big (cooked).
Drumstick – 2 or 3 nos.(boil it in a bowl of water until it is is tender).
Onion – 1 no.
Tomato – 1 or 2 nos.
Sambar powder – 1 spoon.
Salt to taste.
Coriander leaves chopped
Ginger paste – 1 tsp (optional)
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Fry oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves for seasoning.
Add chopped onions fry it.
After frying onion put ginger paste and stir for sometime.
Add tomato chopped, fry all these until its well done.
Add sambar powder and mix it finely.
Put drumstick, potato and add salt. Mix it well.
Keep mixing, until it comes out like a semi-gravy, add water if required.
Garnish the contents with coriander leaves.
