Recipe Brief Description : Mouth watering spicy and tasty dish served with rice or chapathi.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Potato – 1 big (cooked).
  • Drumstick – 2 or 3 nos.(boil it in a bowl of water until it is is tender).
  • Onion – 1 no.
  • Tomato – 1 or 2 nos.
  • Sambar powder – 1 spoon.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Ginger paste – 1 tsp (optional)

    Cooking Time: 15 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Fry oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves for seasoning.
  • Add chopped onions fry it.
  • After frying onion put ginger paste and stir for sometime.
  • Add tomato chopped, fry all these until its well done.
  • Add sambar powder and mix it finely.
  • Put drumstick, potato and add salt. Mix it well.
  • Keep mixing, until it comes out like a semi-gravy, add water if required.
  • Garnish the contents with coriander leaves.
