Recipe Name: Egg Bhurji Balls
Recipe Main Ingredient: Egg, Onion, Green chilli, Maida flour.
Recipe Brief Description : Egg Bhurji Balls: Make some crispy balls with egg bhurji; very easy to cook and tasty.
Eggs – 4-5 nos.
Onion – 1or 2 nos. (chopped)
Green chilli – 4 nos. (chopped)
Maida flour - 1/4 cup
Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp
Corn flakes as required.
Coriander leaves few.
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep fry.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Take a bowl add maida flour and pinch of salt mix it well with adding enough of water to make chapati batter. Keep aside.
Heat a pan or kadai with adding oil -2 tsp, add onion, chilli and fry well;
Once the onion are cooked add pepper powder, salt to taste and coriander leaves mix it well.
Take the maida batter into a small round balls and roll it; add the egg bhurji stuff inside and close it make a round ball size; keep aside.
On another side take 1 raw egg and break it add to a bowl; And in a plate add corn flakes.
Heat oil in a deep kadai; take the maida balls dip into the egg and roll it on corn flakes and drop or place into hot oil; fry till golden brown colour.
Yummy Crispy Egg Bhurji Balls is ready to eat. Serve hot with sauce or cup of tea.
