Recipe Brief Description : Common but very easy and tasty dish prepared with onions and eggs.
Eggs – 2 nos.
Onion – 1 no.
Green chilli – 2 no.
Curry Leaves – 4 Numbers.
Coriander leaves – little chopped as required.
Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp.
Salt for taste.
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp.
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Take a pan or kadai put 2 tbsp of oil.
Add chopped onion, chopped green chillies,turmeric and curry leaves and fry for some time.
Add 2 eggs and scramble with salt and pepper.
After it is cooked well,sprinkle coriander leaves.
Very very tasty and easy recipe prepared which can be served with chapathi/roti or any bread.
