Chicken – 500 grams.
Egg – 2-3 nos.
Onion – 2 nos. (chopped)
Red chilli powder – 2-3 spoons.
Ginger - 1 1 inch piece
Garlic - 1no.
Cloves - 3-4 pieces
Cinnamon - 1 inch pieces
Turmeric a pinch
Lime Juice - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Clean the Chicken pieces well and drain all the water thoroughly.
In a pressure cooker add the chicken pieces and turmeric powder a pinch and salt to taste with adding enough of water and cook for 10 minutes. Keep a side.
For grinding add ginger, garlic, cloves, cinnamon with enough of water and grind it to a fine paste.
Now heat a pan/kadai add oil, onion fry until golden brown, add the grind-ed paste and fry well.
Add the cooked chicken to the fry and add salt to taste.
Cook till until it comes to a gravy and add the eggs and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Finally garnish with lime juice and coriander leaf.
A delicious egg chicken gravy is read to eat serve with chapatti or just eat with rice.
