Recipe Brief Description : A variety in dosa, which can be eaten with egg. Very simple to cook & easy.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Egg – 2 nos.
  • Dosa batter – 1 cup.
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
  • Salt to taste

    Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat the tawa and pour the dosa batter & spread very thin, to the cooking batter add the egg, don’t break the yellow inside. Cook for a minute.
  • On top of the egg garnish with pepper & salt to taste.
    Very tasty, egg dosa is ready to eat. Serve hot immediately (Can eat with chutney if required).
