Egg – 2 nos.
Dosa batter – 1 cup.
Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 5-8 minutes
Heat the tawa and pour the dosa batter & spread very thin, to the cooking batter add the egg, don’t break the yellow inside. Cook for a minute.
On top of the egg garnish with pepper & salt to taste.
Very tasty, egg dosa is ready to eat. Serve hot immediately (Can eat with chutney if required).
