Egg Drumstick Gravy

Recipe Brief Description : Tomato & drumstick combination cooked as gravy / goju and mixed with boiled egg.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Tomato – 2 nos.
  • Onion – 1 no.
  • Drumstick – 2 nos.
  • Sambar powder – 2 tbsp
  • Boiled Egg – 4 nos.
  • Coriander leaf

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • In a vessel add water, drumstick (cut into pieces long) and salt – 1 tbsp. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the pan / kadai, season with oil, mustard, curry leaf add onion fry till golden brown; now add tomato and fry well. Then add sambar powder and salt to taste add enough of water and mix it.
  • Now to the gravy add cooked drumstick and boiled egg mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes till the gravy comes to thick.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaf.
    Tasty Egg drumstick gravy is ready to eat. Serve with chapatti, dosa, rice or anything of your choice.
