Recipe Brief Description : For the starters, it is very easy and fast to cook and also it is one of my favorite rice too.
Cooked rice – 1 cup
Egg – 1 no. (if required can add more)
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Chilli – 2 nos.
Onion – 1 no. (chopped)
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Heat the pan with oil add chilli, onion and fry till light brown.
Now add the eggs and beat/ half fry with salt to taste. Keep a side.
To above fired content add the cooked rice and mix well. (Salt if required add it)
Garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaf.
Yummy delicious egg rice is ready to eat.
