Egg – 1 nos.
Baby corn – 5-6 nos. (cut into large slice pieces)
Capsicum – 1 no. (large slice pieces)
Carrot – 1 no. (large slice pieces)
Maida flour – 4 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Pepper powder – 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for deep fry.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Take large bowl add the above vegetables and wash in a running water. Keep a side.
In another bowl add maida flour, corn flour, pepper powder and salt to taste & mix well with egg add enough of water. (do not make it watery)
Now add the vegetables into the mixed flour & mix it well.
Heat a pan / tawa, add oil for deep fry, now drop the mixed vegetables one by one in the hot oil and fry it till golden brown.
So crisp and tasteful Egg-Veg Tempura is ready to eat. Serve hot with a cup of tea/coffee or with sauce.
