Recipe Main Ingredient: Garlic, Tomato and Tamarind

Garlic – 1no.
Tomato – 1no.
Tamarind juice – 2-3 tbsp.
Pepper – ½ tbsp.
Jeera – ½ tbsp.
Turmeric a pinch
Ingu a pinch
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Cook the tomato, and keep a side.
Peel the cooked tomato and squeeze it add the tamarind juice, turmeric powder, coriander leaf.
Smash the garlic with pepper and jeera and add to the above content (tomato) and mix with water as required.
Season with mustard, curry leaf, and a pinch of ingu.
Let the content boil it for 4-5 minutes.
A healthy rasam is prepared, can eat with rice or just drink.
