Recipe Brief Description : A very famous rasam, it is healthy too.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Garlic – 1no.
  • Tomato – 1no.
  • Coriander leaf
  • Tamarind juice – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Pepper – ½ tbsp.
  • Jeera – ½ tbsp.
  • Turmeric a pinch
  • Ingu a pinch

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:

  • Cook the tomato, and keep a side.
  • Peel the cooked tomato and squeeze it add the tamarind juice, turmeric powder, coriander leaf.
  • Smash the garlic with pepper and jeera and add to the above content (tomato) and mix with water as required.
  • Season with mustard, curry leaf, and a pinch of ingu.
  • Let the content boil it for 4-5 minutes.

    A healthy rasam is prepared, can eat with rice or just drink.
