Recipe Brief Description : Gond Ki Laddu this recipe is prepared by using wheat flour, gond, ghee and along with other nuts. This is traditional dessert from Rajasthan.
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Edible gum/Gond - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup (powdered)
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tbsp
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a pan, add the wheat flour and roast it in a low flame until the flour turns golden brown. Keep aside to cool.
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in the same pan and fry the gond until they gets puffs and transfer it to a paper towel.
In a bowl add fried gond, roasted wheat flour, cardamom powder, sugar powder and mix well.
Now, make lemon sized laddus from the mixture, if its hard to make balls, add 2 or 3 tbsp of melted ghee and make laddus.
