Green Gram Sprouts Salad

Recipe Brief Description : Green gram Sprouts salad, hope you all know how to prepare sprouts. It's very easy to prepare, soak green gram for 5-6 hrs and then drain water and keep it in box for 1 day or you will get it in market.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Green gram Sprouts- 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 number (finely chopped)
  • Carrot - 2 tbsp (grated)
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp (grated)
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Mix in the above all ingredients together.
  • Garnish with the coconut and coriander leaves and serve as side dish with boiled rice.
