Recipe Ingredients

  • Spinach - 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Methi leaf - 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Mint leaf - 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Coriander leaf - 1/4 cup (chopped)
  • Onion - 2 nos. (chopped)
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Maida flour - 1 cup
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep fry.

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a bowl add maida flour, salt a pinch and water; mix it and make a dough (like chapatti). Keep a side.
  • Heat a pan add oil, onion and fry till the onion turn into light brown colour.
  • To this add one by one mint leaf, methi leaf and fry for few minutes; then spinach and coriander leaf fry well.
  • Add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala and salt to taste mix it well and cook for 5 minutes. Keep a side.
  • Now take the maida dough into a small lime size round and roll it (like chapatti) and cut into 4 pieces.
  • And fill the greeny stuff and roll it; close the edges of all the sides.
  • Heat oil in a deep kadai and place one by one and fry till golden brown colour.
  • Now serve them to the tissue paper plate.
    Crispy..! Spicy Green leaves rolls is ready to eat. Serve hot with sauce.
