Recipe Brief Description : Hesaru kalu / Green gram dal pani is good for health. During summer season taking this pani twice a week keeps your body cool.
Green gram seeds – 1 cup / 25 grams
Jaggery – 2-3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Soak green grams in water for about 7-8 hrs. Wash this soaked soaked green grams2-3 times and grain the water. Tie this green grams in cotton cloth for about 6-7 hrs.
Now take the sprouted green grams and put into mixer jar and grind it till comes into juice and enough of water.
To the grinded juice add jaggery and cardamom powder.
Tasty hesaru kalu pani is ready to drink.
