Recipe Ingredients

  • Green gram seeds – 1 cup / 25 grams
  • Jaggery – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – ½ tbsp

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Soak green grams in water for about 7-8 hrs. Wash this soaked soaked green grams2-3 times and grain the water. Tie this green grams in cotton cloth for about 6-7 hrs.
  • Now take the sprouted green grams and put into mixer jar and grind it till comes into juice and enough of water.
  • To the grinded juice add jaggery and cardamom powder.
    Tasty hesaru kalu pani is ready to drink.
