Recipe Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken – 100 grams (cut into cubes)
  • Curds / Yogurt – ½ cup
  • Garlic & Ginger paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Garam masala – ¼ tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder / Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp.
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or Oil – 3-4 tbsp

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Clean and cut the chicken into cubes.
  • Mix all the masala, ginger, garlic paste and salt in the curds / yogurt and marinate the chicken for 4-5 hours.
  • Heat the kadai add butter or oil and stir fry the chicken for a few minutes.
  • Place a lid and simmer it until done stirring once or twice
  • Just sprinkle the lemon juice and serve hot to a plate.
