Boneless chicken – 100 grams (cut into cubes)
Curds / Yogurt – ½ cup
Garlic & Ginger paste – 1 tbsp.
Garam masala – ¼ tbsp
Dhaniya powder / Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp.
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter or Oil – 3-4 tbsp
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Clean and cut the chicken into cubes.
Mix all the masala, ginger, garlic paste and salt in the curds / yogurt and marinate the chicken for 4-5 hours.
Heat the kadai add butter or oil and stir fry the chicken for a few minutes.
Place a lid and simmer it until done stirring once or twice
Just sprinkle the lemon juice and serve hot to a plate.
