Recipe Ingredients

  • Okra – 500 grams
  • Besan flour – 3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt ot taste

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Wash and dry the bhindi and then cut them lengthwise into four pieces.
  • Now spread the chopped bhindi on a tray and sprinkle salt, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder and mix well gently.
  • Heat oil in pan on high flame. Then add half coated bhindi and fry till they are crispy and brown. Repeat this with the remaining half. Serve hot.
