Recipe Brief Description : Lamb leg soup is very healthy, it is mainly for bone strength.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Lamb leg - 250 grams
  • Onion - 1 no. (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 no. (chopped)
  • Dry red chilli - 3-4 nos.
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Garlic - 3-4 pieces.
  • Cloves - 3-4 nos.
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
  • Pepper corn - 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaf (chopped)

    Cooking Time: 30 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a bowl add lamb legs and wash it in a running water for 3-4 times.
  • Heat the pressure cooker, add the lamb leg, onion, tomato, dry red chilli, {(smashed) ginger, garlic, pepper corn}, cloves, cinnamon mix it well.
  • Now add 4-5 glasses of water, salt to taste and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Take off the pressure and filter it.
  • At last, garnish the filtered water/soup with coriander leaf.
    Serve hot.
  • Tips: What we have filtered the soup, for the remaining stuff add water, salt to taste and cook it again for 2-3 times. And filter it.
