Corn - 1 kg
Onion - 200 gram (finely chopped)
Green chilies - 2 number (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 3 tbsp
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Peel the corn ,then take out the corn niblets and keep aside.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Allow spluttering.
Now, add chopped onion, green chilies and curry leave to it, fry till the onion turns light brown.
Then add the corn niblets, turmeric powder and salt and stir well.
Fry the above mixture for 5-6 minutes till the corn niblets tenderly cooked and serve it hot.
