Recipe Ingredients

  • Corn - 1 kg
  • Onion - 200 gram (finely chopped)
  • Green chilies - 2 number (finely chopped)
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 3 tbsp
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Peel the corn ,then take out the corn niblets and keep aside.
  • Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Allow spluttering.
  • Now, add chopped onion, green chilies and curry leave to it, fry till the onion turns light brown.
  • Then add the corn niblets, turmeric powder and salt and stir well.
  • Fry the above mixture for 5-6 minutes till the corn niblets tenderly cooked and serve it hot.
