Recipe Brief Description : Mango lassi is a delicious combination of mangoes and yogurt that is cool and wonderful in summer days.
Ripe mangoes – 2 cups (peeled and chopped)
Yogurt – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp (optional)
Ice or Ice cubes – 3 cups (crushed)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Blend mangoes, yogurt, milk and 2tbsp of sugar. Adjust sugar according to taste.
Add ice and cardamom powder and blend again. Add water to adjust consistency to your liking as the best Lassi you like.
Pour into glass and garnish with mint leaf.
