Mango Lassi

Recipe Brief Description : Mango lassi is a delicious combination of mangoes and yogurt that is cool and wonderful in summer days.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Ripe mangoes – 2 cups (peeled and chopped)
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves - 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Ice or Ice cubes – 3 cups (crushed)

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Blend mangoes, yogurt, milk and 2tbsp of sugar. Adjust sugar according to taste.
  • Add ice and cardamom powder and blend again. Add water to adjust consistency to your liking as the best Lassi you like.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with mint leaf.
