Masala Tea

Recipe Brief Description : Masala Chai is an India spiced tea. Prepared with ginger, tea leaf, masala and bring it to a boil. Add the milk and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Strain and serve hot.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk – 2 cup
  • Tea leaf – 2 tbsp
  • Green cardamom – 2 number
  • Whole cloves – 2 number
  • Black peppercorns – 2 number
  • Water - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Grated ginger - 1/2 tbsp

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat water in a pan on medium flame, add green cardamom, cloves, ginger, peppercorns, tea leaf and sugar, boil it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add milk in a pan and boil. Lower the flame and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  • Now, remove from the heat, strain and serve hot with snacks.
