Recipe Brief Description : It won't take more 10 minutes and its very easy to prepare, as it is mixed with vegetables its very healthy and tasty.
Cabbage – 1 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 number (cut into lengthwise)
Onion - 2 number (cut into lengthwise)
Yogurt - 1 cup
Black Pepper – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Radish - 1/4 cup (cut into lengthwise)
Roasted peanut - 1/4 cup
Walnut - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, onion and yogurt and mix well.
Add salt, black pepper, walnut, peanut and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and radishes. Serve chilled.
