Recipe Brief Description : It won't take more 10 minutes and its very easy to prepare, as it is mixed with vegetables its very healthy and tasty.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cabbage – 1 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot – 1 number (cut into lengthwise)
  • Onion - 2 number (cut into lengthwise)
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Black Pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Radish - 1/4 cup (cut into lengthwise)
  • Roasted peanut - 1/4 cup
  • Walnut - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • In a bowl, add cabbage, carrot, onion and yogurt and mix well.
  • Add salt, black pepper, walnut, peanut and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and radishes. Serve chilled.
