Recipe Brief Description : It is very easy, fast to cook and it is one of my favorite rice too.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cooked rice – 1 cup
  • Mosaru / Curds – ¼ cup (if required can add more)
  • Split urad dal – 1tbsp
  • Mustard – 1tbsp
  • Dry red chilli – 2 nos.
  • Curry leaf
  • Coriander leaf (chopped)
  • Pomegranates

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a large bowl add the cooked rice and Mosaru / curds mix it well with salt.
  • Now season with mustard, split urad dal, dry red chilli, curry leaf.
  • Add the season to the mixed curd rice and mix it well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf and pomegranates.
    Yummy delicious mosaru-anna / curd rice is ready to eat.
