Recipe Name: Mosaru-anna / Curd-Rice
Recipe Main Ingredient: Mosaru / Curds, Rice
Recipe Brief Description : It is very easy, fast to cook and it is one of my favorite rice too.
Cooked rice – 1 cup
Mosaru / Curds – ¼ cup (if required can add more)
Split urad dal – 1tbsp
Mustard – 1tbsp
Dry red chilli – 2 nos.
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Take a large bowl add the cooked rice and Mosaru / curds mix it well with salt.
Now season with mustard, split urad dal, dry red chilli, curry leaf.
Add the season to the mixed curd rice and mix it well.
Garnish with coriander leaf and pomegranates.
Yummy delicious mosaru-anna / curd rice is ready to eat.
