Mushroom Egg Noodles

Recipe Brief Description : Noodles made with mushroom and eggs which both has protein contents.Tasty and favorite recipe which kids as well adults like it.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Egg – 3 nos.
  • Noodles – 1 cup.
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp.
  • Red chili powder - 1 tbsp.
  • Soya sauce - 1tbsp.
  • Agino motto - 1 pinch.
  • Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp.
  • Green chilies chopped - 3 nos.
  • Turmeric - 1tbsp.
  • Oil - as required.
  • Mushroom - 1cup boiled/cooked (sliced).
  • Onion - 2 small finely chopped long.
  • Corriander leaves - little chopped.
  • Salt to taste

    Cooking Time: 15 mins

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a pan/kadai add oil 2 spoons, mix 3 eggs beaten with little salt mix it well and keep it aside.
  • Next in same bowl add oil then add chopped garlic, green chilies, onion keep frying it for 2 mins.
  • Now add boiled mushroom little turmeric,garam masala,ginger/garlic paste and salt for taste mix it well and fry until raw smell is gone.
  • Now add boiled noodles to it,add agino motto,soya sauce,mix it properly till the masala taste get into noodles.
  • At last add the eggs which we had done before and kept aside to the noodles.(Add little red chili powder if required)
    Variety tasty,healthy noodles ready to eat.Serve hot immediately .
