Turnip - 3-4 number (peeped and chopped into lengthy wise)
Potato - 2 number (peeped and chopped into lengthy wise)
Onion - 3 number
Onion - 2 number (for the paste)
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 8-10 pods
Red chili - 2 number
Bay leaf - 1 number
Green peas - 1 cup
Oil - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
In a grinder add onion, ginger, garlic, red chilies and grind to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add turnip, potato, onion, green peas, bay leaf, onion masala paste, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Keeping into a low flame and lid it with a cover.
Cook, till the vegetables mixed properly with masala paste while stirring in between.
Fry the above mixture until the vegetables tenderly cooked and it begins turning light brown over medium flame.
Garnished with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot or cold.
