Recipe Brief Description: Paneer bhurji is a popular North Indian recipe made from crumbled paneer, its tasty and easy to prepare.
Paneer - 200 gram (grated)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Green chili - 2 number (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 number (finel chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 number (finely chopped)
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan, add the cumin seeds, chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste, fry till brown.
Add the chilies and tomatoes and fry till they are soft and pulpy.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and little water so that all the masalas are well combined.
Add grated paneer and fry for 5 minutes till the paneer blends into the masala.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
