Paneer – ¼ cup (smashed/grated)
Egg – 2 nos.
Onion – 1no. (chopped)
Chilli – 2 nos. (chopped)
Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
Coriander leaf (chopped)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, chilli, onion fry well till light brown add paneer, egg and salt to taste, fry till it is done.
Finally, garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaf.
Spicy, tasty paneer egg-bhurji is ready to eat. Serve with bread, chapatti or anything which you like to eat with.
