Recipe Brief Description : For the starters it is very easy to cook and tasty, healthy side dish.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Paneer – ¼ cup (smashed/grated)
  • Egg – 2 nos.
  • Onion – 1no. (chopped)
  • Chilli – 2 nos. (chopped)
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
  • Coriander leaf (chopped)

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, chilli, onion fry well till light brown add paneer, egg and salt to taste, fry till it is done.
  • Finally, garnish with pepper powder and coriander leaf.
    Spicy, tasty paneer egg-bhurji is ready to eat. Serve with bread, chapatti or anything which you like to eat with.
