Recipe Ingredients

  • Papads - 2-3 number
  • Curds - 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  • Hing - 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

    Cooking Time: 20 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Break the papads into 1 inch squares.
  • Heat ghee in a saucepan, add seeds, asafoetida, chili powder and curd simultaneously. Stir till curd turn brown.
  • Add turmeric, water, salt and bring to boil.
  • Add papads and coriander. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve papad ki sabzi hot with chapathis.
