Recipe Main Ingredient: Maida flour, salt
Recipe Brief Description : A very famous Parota in South India and my best food too. Very easy to cook on celebrations.
Maida flour – 250 grams
Salt a pinch
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Take a bowl add the maida flour and salt. Mix it well and add enough of water till the dough is completely immersed.
Make small balls out of the dough.
Sprinkle the dough with maida flour.
Roll out from these balls make some 4-5 (like poori’s). Keep one by one and roll it and cut (can see the layer by layer) into small.
Again roll the dough make some flits (Like doing in sarees).It will become a strip. Repeat the same for 2 times, because you should get it layers.
Heat the tawa, now put the rolled dough and fry both the sides using ghee / oil.
Delicious parota is ready to eat. Serve with any of your favourite gravy.
