Recipe Brief Description : A very famous Parota in South India and my best food too. Very easy to cook on celebrations.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Maida flour – 250 grams
  • Salt a pinch

    Cooking Time: 15 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a bowl add the maida flour and salt. Mix it well and add enough of water till the dough is completely immersed.
  • Make small balls out of the dough.
  • Sprinkle the dough with maida flour.
  • Roll out from these balls make some 4-5 (like poori’s). Keep one by one and roll it and cut (can see the layer by layer) into small.
  • Again roll the dough make some flits (Like doing in sarees).It will become a strip. Repeat the same for 2 times, because you should get it layers.
  • Heat the tawa, now put the rolled dough and fry both the sides using ghee / oil.
    Delicious parota is ready to eat. Serve with any of your favourite gravy.
