  • Egg - 4 nos.
  • Pepper powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
    Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Cook the eggs in a vessel for 5-6 minutes using enough of water.
  • Now peel the boiled eggs and keep a side.
  • Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of oil, add the boiled eggs and sprinkle the pepper powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. Fry well until it comes to light brown.
  • Take out the fried eggs into a plate and cut into half.
    Yummy delicious and spicy pepper egg is ready to eat. Serve hot
