Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
Cook the eggs in a vessel for 5-6 minutes using enough of water.
Now peel the boiled eggs and keep a side.
Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of oil, add the boiled eggs and sprinkle the pepper powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. Fry well until it comes to light brown.
Take out the fried eggs into a plate and cut into half.
Yummy delicious and spicy pepper egg is ready to eat. Serve hot
