Rice – 3 cup
Split black gram – 1 cup
Salt to tast
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
Oil/ghee/butter as required
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Soak rice, Black gram and fenugreek seeds for 4-5hrs.
Then grind them to a fine thin batter by adding little water.
Add salt and keep it aside for 6-7hrs for fermentation.
Now, heat a non stick tawa and spread 1 tbsp oil/ghee or butter on whole of the pan.
Now, spread this batter on tawa in a round shape and apply oil around dosa and cook another side. Serve them hot with sambar or chutney.
