Potato Tomato Bath

Recipe Brief Description : Very easy to prepare, specially cooked instantly for lunch box.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Onion – 1 no (sliced).
  • Rice – 1 cup (cooked).
  • Potato – 1 medium size.
  • Tomato – 1 no (chopped).
  • Ginger and Garlic paste – 1 tsp.
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp.
  • Corriander leaves – chopped small cup or little.
  • Curry leaves – 5 to 6 leaves.
  • Red chilly powder – 1 spoon.
  • Coriander powder – 1 spoon.
  • Cashew nuts for taste.
  • Salt for taste.
  • Ghee/oil – as required for frying

    Cooking Time: 10 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a pan, put 1 tsp oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves for seasoning.
  • Add sliced and chopped onions and fry a little. Add ginger, garlic paste and stir it for a while.
  • Add potato chopped very finely into small pieces. Tips(slice potato like chips and then chop it nicely)
  • Add chopped tomato, garam masala, cashew nuts, salt and keep frying until it well cooked.
  • Add water if required.
  • After frying add cooked rice and mix it thoroughly.
  • Garnish it with corriander leaves and sliced onion's.
  • Serve hot.
