Recipe Brief Description : This is one of best food in all. Taking this ragi ganji / porridge it reduces heat in our body and also we can diet.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Ragi flour – ¼ cup
  • Jeera powder – ¼ tbsp
  • Curds – 1 cup
  • Onion – ½ no. (chopped, if required can add)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaf

    Cooking Time: 15 minutes

    Preparation Method:
  • Take a vessel add water and ragi flour and cook. Keep stirring it, until it comes to a thick paste. Keep a side for cooling.
  • Once the porridge (ragi ganji) is cool add curds, onion and salt to taste mix it well.
  • At last garnish with coriander leaf.
    Healthy Porridge / Ragi Ganji is ready.
