Recipe Main Ingredient: Ragi, Curds.
Recipe Brief Description : This is one of best food in all. Taking this ragi ganji / porridge it reduces heat in our body and also we can diet.
Ragi flour – ¼ cup
Jeera powder – ¼ tbsp
Curds – 1 cup
Onion – ½ no. (chopped, if required can add)
Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Take a vessel add water and ragi flour and cook. Keep stirring it, until it comes to a thick paste. Keep a side for cooling.
Once the porridge (ragi ganji) is cool add curds, onion and salt to taste mix it well.
At last garnish with coriander leaf.
Healthy Porridge / Ragi Ganji is ready.
