Recipe Name: Rava Dosa
Recipe Main Ingredient: Semolina
Recipe Brief Description : Dosa cooked with sooji/rava/semolina with maida, onion, green chilli and rice flour.
Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green Chillies - 3-4 number (chopped)
Onion – 1 number (chopped)
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Ghee, Butter or Oil – 2 tbsp
Maida - 1/4 cup
Rice Flour - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sooji, Rava or Semolina - 1 cup
Butter milk – 2 cup
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Mix in the above ingredients add butter milk and make thin batter.
Ferment for 1 hour.
Pour batter on tawa rubbed with oil.
Fry, pouring ghee or oil around dosa, till it turn brown colour. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
